Mobility Management Program

Program Description:

The Mobility Management Program is a coordinated community-wide transportation service network. The Mobility Manager assists elderly and disabled individuals in finding the transportation resources available to them. The Mobility Manager coordinates services through partnerships with other agencies.

Eligibility Guidelines:

Family income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Contact the Mobility Manager at the Newcap Oconto office with any questions regarding eligibility. Use our eligibility calculator to find out if you may be eligible for this program.
